Great location next to the New Church.

I was disappointed by the lack of an elevator, which made getting to our third-floor room quite challenging. The air conditioning failed to work effectively, waking us up due to heat during the night. Breakfast offerings were limited and space was cramped, making it uncomfortable to enjoy our meals.

Perfect Spot to Explore Assisi

I loved the location, just a couple of minutes from the main square, which made meeting up with friends super easy. The view from our room was lovely, looking right out onto the bustling street below, and the staff really went out of their way to help us with luggage storage and arranging taxis. However, the stairs to the room were quite a workout, so be prepared for that if you're staying on the higher floors.

great experience but needs minor improvements

The room was exactly as advertised and offered plenty of space for comfort. I appreciated being able to look directly out of the shutters onto the lively Main Street below, enhancing our experience immensely. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, assisting us with taxi bookings and luggage storage without any hassle.

However, the decor, while traditional, might not appeal to everyone.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 4 nights, and it was super comfy! The room was clean with lovely warm lighting, making it feel cozy. The view from my window was nice too, overlooking the bustling street below. And I loved the bathroom—spacious with a large shower area that felt luxurious. Though there was no elevator, the charm of the historic building made up for it! Overall, a great mix of old-world charm and modern comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Asisium Boutique Hotel. The location was fabulous, just one minute from the beautiful view at Piazza Santa Chiara, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with recommendations and inquiries.
